1. Administration & Operations Executive


Job Responsibilites:

  • Proactively approach customers to explain the programme as well as its USP and benefits clearly and gauge customer interest to renew their motor insurance.
  • Strive to increase awareness of the programme as well as join rates.
  • Friendly and energetic in attending to customers’ enquiries and assisting to renew their motor insurance.
  • Organise record-keeping.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level with pleasant personality.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-Job training provided.
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Company uniform will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in operations of computer, possess skills in Microsoft Office, operations of the Internet, etc.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when needed

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Sundays – 9:00AM to 6:00PM (excluding public holidays).
  • 6 working days per week (1 day off). May be required to work weekends.

Remuneration:

  • Attractive remuneration that comes with travelling allowance and commission.
