1. Administration & Operations Executive
Job Responsibilites:
- Proactively approach customers to explain the programme as well as its USP and benefits clearly and gauge customer interest to renew their motor insurance.
- Strive to increase awareness of the programme as well as join rates.
- Friendly and energetic in attending to customers’ enquiries and assisting to renew their motor insurance.
- Organise record-keeping.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level with pleasant personality.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-Job training provided.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Company uniform will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge in operations of computer, possess skills in Microsoft Office, operations of the Internet, etc.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when needed
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Sundays – 9:00AM to 6:00PM (excluding public holidays).
- 5 working days per week (2 days off). May be required to work weekends.
Remuneration:
- Attractive remuneration that comes with travelling allowance and commission.
